'Distress and resilience: creating confidence for change'

We will be joined by keynote speakers Margaret Wilkinson, a jungian analyst and international speaker on the relevance of neuroscience and Peter Wilson, a retired director of Young Minds. They will focus on how we listen and create connections.

This one day conference chaired by Esther Rantzen aims to share practical strategies for therapeutic growth.
