Becoming a member of CCYP links you with a large, diverse and experienced group of practitioners, who are passionately committed to furthering the ethical and effective counselling of children and young people. You will receive the quarterly CCYP journal that focuses upon working with children and young people, sharing new theories, research findings, ideas and best practice. You will receive reduced rates at all CCYP conferences and will be kept abreast of issues and news that impact on the world of children and young people’s counselling. You will have the opportunity to contribute to consultation programmes around the continuing development of the field of children and young people’s counselling. Prices are (as of 1 April 2009): - Individual membership: £20
- Organisational membership: £35
If you are an individual member of BACP and would like to join the CCYP division you can qualify for membership free of charge by attending one of CCYP's conferences. In future years, provided you remain a member of CCYP you will then qualify for the lower CCYP member rate.
